The following is a small selection of the projects I have been involved in over the course of my decades-long career in both Israel and abroad. In Israel: after completing my architectural studies at the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, I opened a firm with two colleagues. Our work was later selected as one of 40 architectural works that were to be presented at the 1981 Paris Biennale held at the Centre Pompidou.
I later moved to Jerusalem, where I spent several years working as the chief architect at the Sa’adia Mandel firm. Arch. Mandel was a highly respected architect who also served as the Dean of the Architecture Faculty at the Bezalel Academy of Ars and Design. I then spent several years overseas. Upon my return to Israel in 1991, I was appointed as the Jerusalem District Subject Matter Expert (Referent) in the office of the Chief Architect of Jerusalem, and later opened a private firm which I have been operating for the past 18 years, and which is primarily concerned with residential and interior architecture/design.
Overseas: I lived overseas for about a decade and was employed by highly prestigious architectural firms including Aleskar, Reiff & Dundon and H2L2 Architects in Philadelphia (US state of Pennsylvania) and Erkki Valovirta Architects in Helsinki (Finland).
In the past few years, I have also formed a partnership with Architect Nirit Brenner. Architect Brenner formerly served as the Chief Architect of the Azorim and Africa-Israel (AFI) Construction companies and has been operating a private firm which has completed many well-regarded projects in the field of interior architecture/design in Israel for the past 28 years.
